• Photo & Disclosure Document upload to MLS
• Order Sign Post Install / Removal
• Initiate file in Dotloop, Skyslope and/or Command
• Upload Seller / Broker fully Executed Documents in Skyslope, Dotloop, and/or Command
• Listing Amendments as Required

Real Estate Compliance Management services include:

• Review File for missing Back-End Documents / Review Contract for any missing signatures
• Send missing Documents to Client(s) for Signature(s)**
• Upload and Submit for Review in Skyslope, Dotloop, and/or Command
• Manage & Action Broker Notes on each File**
• Post Settlement Close-out of File in Skyslope, Dotloop and/or Command
